Two bills of quantities prepared in parallel from the ceiling and switch drawings: a KNX option with display type control panels and motorised curtain provision, and a Zigbee option.
Engineering approach: both options were built from the same ceiling and switch drawings so the client could compare like for like. The KNX option uses display type control panels and includes provision for motorised curtains; the Zigbee option offers a wireless alternative for the same rooms and functions.
