Network design and quotation for a private villa in the UAE on Ubiquiti UniFi, with VLAN, traffic prioritisation and IoT segmentation. The network was designed as the foundation for the villa’s connected systems rather than as an afterthought.

A segmented UniFi design with dedicated VLANs, QoS policies and an isolated IoT network.
Integration approach: a UniFi Cloud Gateway Fiber, a Pro XG 10 PoE switch and U7 Pro Wall access points, with separate VLANs for family, guest and smart home devices, quality of service policies for priority traffic and an isolated IoT network so automation devices are kept apart from personal devices.
